INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 dl of strong coffee
  • 1 Tbsp of rum
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 150 g mascarpone cheese
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • Sticks la Reine

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until you obtain a creamy, whitish mixture. Add the marcopone cheese and beat for a few more minutes until smooth and set aside.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the powdered sugar and beat everything. Add to the mascarpone cream and mix everything.

In a bowl, mix the coffee with the rum and dip the la Reine sticks cut in half.

In the glasses, assemble the tiramisu in layers: alternating the La Reine sticks with the mascarpone cheese cream. Repeating until you finish with a layer of cream.

Cover the glasses with cling film and store in the fridge until serving (one to two hours).

Serve the tiramisu cups covered with chocolate powder to taste.
