Preparation

  1. Place the water, honey, oil and yeast in a pan and heat for 2 minutes over medium heat.

  2. Add the flour and salt and knead for 2 minutes.

  3. Let it rise for about 40 minutes or until the dough doubles in volume.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  6. Press the dough with a spatula to reduce the volume, add the walnuts and mix.

  7. On a table sprinkled with flour, divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into balls and place on the tray.

  8. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

  9. Remove and let cool and serve.
