Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. Grease a loaf tin with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Book.

  3. In a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a smooth cream.

  4. Add the eggs, one by one and beating constantly, add the flour mixed with the yeast and beat.

  5. Add the chopped walnuts and mix.

  6. Pour the dough into the pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180º C.

  7. Check the doneness with a toothpick, remove from the oven, unmold and leave to cool.
