Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C.

  2. In a bowl, place the eggs, yogurt, vanilla sugar, oil and sugar, beat everything.

  3. Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the dough and gently fold in by hand, in circular movements from bottom to top, ensuring that the flour is well absorbed, with the help of a wire whisk, until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

  4. Grease a mold with oil or butter and sprinkle with flour.

  5. Pour the dough into the pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180º C for around 30 to 45 minutes or until cooked.

  6. Remove from the oven and remove from the mold once cooled. Serve decorated with powdered sugar.
